Kindle has been my introduction to Swedish Vallhunds here in New Zealand and, he is a one in a million companion and friend !! A very special boy who has a wonderful temperament, he is an extremely happy outgoing dog loving unconditionally both children and adults alike. A serious ball lover he will play an endless game of fetch for hours with anyone who is willing to participate! He never fails to bring a smile to the face of people he meets and is a much loved member of our family.

In his time in the show ring he achieved many best of breed wins and was a Twice Junior of Group winner at All Breeds Shows creating a milestone for the breed at the time.

Kindle has retired from the show ring as we look towards gaining our obedience and agility titles although this has been delayed due to personal commitments, however we hope to be back on track this year.

A huge thank you to Beverly Trowbridge for entrusting this very special boy to me.

"Sparky" is a wonderful example of the breed, exhibing great type and comformation.  He desends from a long line of BIS, Class in Show and Multiple Group winning Swedish Vallhunds from around the world and brings with him some exciting new bloodlines from, Sweden, Finland and Australia.  Sparky as his name implies is full of vim and vigour !! He loves long walks, fun in the snow and is always up for a good ball game.

We would like to extend our thanks to his breeder Lynne Henry for entrusting us with Sparky.

Ash joined us in 2006 and immediately started her winning ways !! A Multi Class In Group Winner at All Breed Shows, she has surpassed all our expectations and is a Class In Group winner at National Show Level. She is a very sound bitch exhibiting wonderful breed type with loads of presence. A cheeky girl with an abundance of vall humour Ash is a definite show off and a delight to have around. She is a much loved member of our family and endears herself to everyone with her gentle nature.  I would like to thank Rose and Hans of Valkrista Swedish Vallhunds for letting us have this very special girl.

Has been a wonderful mother producing us 3 lovely bonny litters of Swedish Vallhunds, however it is now time for her to have a well earned rest! She is returning to the show ring which she loves and will be lightly shown with her daughters over the next few years.

Vanaheim welcomes our beautiful baby girl 'Flare' to our family, she is the daughter of our outstanding bitch Valkrista Alatna and our handsome young stud Vallarity Day Tripper.  She carries a combination of some wonderful imported BIS winning lines, and is a sweet natured loving girl who exhibits fantastic quality and type.  We look forward to her future here at Vanaheim.

Phoenix is the latest addition to Vanaheim and Rahkantra Swedish Vallhunds.  Nixy has a lovely outgoing personality, lovely type and is a much loved part of the family.  Her father is Candace Valkrista Voyager, imported from the UK by the late Rose Madsen. Tommy's pedigree incorporates a wonderful blend of Swedish and Finnish lines which we look forward to working with in the future.  Phoenix has been introduce to the show ring this year and has made a successful start to her show career.  Would like to thank, Rose and Han's of Valkrista, Melanie Harris of Candace and Anita Whitmash of Svedala for making this mating possible.  Special thanks to Candyce of Rahkantra for lovingly preparing, presenting and handling Phoenix.
