Hi and Welcome to Vanaheim

 

 

We are a small establishment located in the picturesque Coromandel of New Zealand.  We strive to breed beautiful Swedish Vallhunds with superb temperaments who naturally fit into all walks of life.  Our dogs live inside with us and are very much a part of the family.  You will find our puppies gracing NZ homes as Companions, Obedience, Agility & Rally-O competitors, Search & Rescue Valls, Herding Dogs and in the Conformation Show Ring.  

 

We are thrilled to be breeder and exhibitor of some of New Zealands most consistant winning Swedish Vallhunds since our establishment in early 2003 with our beloved Murivall Antares. We are involved in promoting Vallhunds throughout NZ and are proud that our Vallhunds have had a paw in creating breed history. 

 

No matter what the task the versatile Swedish Vallhund is always keen to give it a go !!

"Moko" is living here with us at Vanaheim and standing along side Vallarity's Imported Champion, Multi -Titled Award winning Valls, as well as our own Champion and Multi-Award winning Swedish Vallhunds. 

 

Many thanks to his breeder Kirsi of Bodeneis and Amanda of Trendam for taking such wonderful care of Moko, and espcially the late Leonie Darling of Dlarah, who in Partnership with Amanda, brought Moko out from Finland to be shown to his Australian title. 

 

"Moko" will be a great asset to the gene pool of Australasia.
